1. Contest rules
The contest “Townsmen Premium prize draw” is organized and administrated by handy-games.com GmbH, i_Park Klingholz 13, D-97232 Giebelstadt. The contest will take place on Facebook from February 7th, 2018 at 02:00 p.m. Central European Time (CET) and will end on February 14th, 2018 at 09:00 a.m. central European time (CET).
2. How to participate
Participation will take place exclusively by using the “Like” option on the contest post on Facebook. A comment on the contest post, sharing it or the like of our company account on Facebook does not lead to participation in the competition. A condition of entry into the contest is an activated Facebook account.
3. Eligibility
The contest is open to everyone who are thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of registration. Excluded from the contest are people that are (during the contest period) employees of handy-games.com GmbH and people living at the same address. This contest is not valid where prohibited by law.
This promotion is not affiliated with Facebook and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by Facebook. The recipient of the information provided by you is not Facebook, but handy-games.com GmbH (https://www.facebook.com/notes/addicted-to-networking/contestgiveaways-facebook-rules-/291002507596530). The information you provide will only be used for the contest and to notify the winners. Participation in the contest is only possible under the conditions given here at https://www.facebook.com/handygames. By participating, the participant recognises these terms and conditions.
4. Drawing
The winner will be drawn on February 14th 2018. The drawing will take place and will be published on the HandyGames Facebook page between 09:00 a.m. and 17:00 p.m. Central European Time (CET) in Giebelstadt, Germany at the handy-games.com GmbH headquarter. The draw will be made at random from among all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by a private message at Facebook within three business days and the winner’s name will also be mentioned on the Facebook Page. The persons who are declared as the winner can claim their prizes by contacting handy-games.com on Facebook.
The winner must contact handy-games.com GmbH by February 21st, 2017 at 09:00 a.m. Central European Time (CET) via private message on Facebook. If the winner fails to contact us within this period, the prizes will be withdrawn from the initial winner.
5. Prizes
Only one prize per participant is possible in this contest. All received “likes” until the date of the draw will automatically enter the contest. No cash alternative. The draw will take place under exclusion of legal action.
6. General conditions
The participation is not dependent on a like of our Facebook company account or business relationship with handy-games.com GmbH. The Participation is free. handy-games.com GmbH reserves the right to end the contest at any time without notice if the implementation and/or settlement of the contest for legal and/or factual reasons cannot be guaranteed. The recourse of the courts is excluded.
